Our theme in this class was Warriors, Lizards & Dragons...Proud Warriors!

A yoga art project...Learning about the symbol of "OM" and recreating it with magical pens that change color when they touch the paper and lot's of beautiful stickers.  

Field Trip:  Walking the Labyrinth at San Damiano Retreat Center

Every class ends with a quiet Savasana under warm snuggly blankets and soft eye pillows while listening to magical meditations (at the Danville Yoga Center).
